COACHING PHILOSOPHY
“Our coaching philosophy begins with the foundation of self-discipline, a desire to win, and a strong work ethic. The by-product of these essential qualities is a winning Tradition in Life. We want our athletes to excel but also gain the respect of their teammates, opponents, the officials, the other coaches, the school administrators, the parents, and the fans.
